Search Queries: We process the text queries you input (e.g., asking about a specific match) to generate AI responses.

Usage Data: Minimal analytical data regarding app performance and crash logs to improve stability.

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account access.

Personalization: To address you by name within the interface and display your profile picture.

Service Delivery: To process your betting-related queries and provide relevant AI predictions.

Retention: We retain your authentication information only as long as your Oga Punter account remains active.

Deletion Request: In compliance with Google Play Data Safety standards, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To request deletion, please contact us at chisom@ogapunter.com. We will process this request within a reasonable timeframe.

  1. Age Restriction (18+)

Strictly 18+ Only.

Oga Punter is a betting utility assistant. It is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

  1. Nature of Service & Liability Disclaimer

Oga Punter is an informational tool, not a gambling platform.

The App provides statistical analysis, tips, and predictions based on AI algorithms.

We do not accept wagers, bets, or handle real money gambling transactions.

No Guarantees: Sports predictions involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions and are not liable for any financial losses incurred by acting on the App’s content. Please gamble responsibly.
